Pizza Sauce
Very simple. Very tasty. Very demure.

Ingredients
- 28 oz can of whole peeled san marzano tomatoes
- 2g salt
Instructions
- Add everything in the can and salt to a 32oz deli container.
- Using an immersion blender or your hands, blend/crush the tomatoes until you have your desired consistency. Taste and add more salt if needed.
- You now have pizza sauce. Best if used the day-of or within the next few days.
